Reiner is a principal hydrogeologist servicing the water, mining, oil & gas, and construction services industries for more than 15 years. He holds a doctorate in hydrogeology and environmental geology from the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research (UFZ), Germany. He successfully delivered projects across Europe, Latin America, Southern Africa, and the Middle East in the fields of hydrogeological investigation, ground water development, urban ground water management, environmental site characterisation, numerical water flow and solute transport modelling, and remediation. Reiner established and managed the Service Line – Water Consultancy of Fugro for the Middle East & India region since 2018 before joining AIL International in October 2022.
